We demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through random acts of kindness that meet practical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Our work includes humanitarian relief, restoration, youth mentorship, education, housing support, and compassionate outreach. We do not want to offer temporary assistance alone. We walk beside people toward healing, dignity, purpose, and hope.

How it began
A simple yes became a mission.
In 2017, Kathrine “Kat” Weir heard Jesus’ words, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” She felt called to become one of those workers.
Kat began by helping people move, preparing meals, and serving wherever she could. Over time, that service expanded to Jamaica. After Hurricane Melissa, emergency distributions revealed deeper needs: families still without safe homes, boys carrying trauma, and communities needing partners who would remain after larger relief efforts ended.
Project Grateful Hearts grew into an umbrella for relief, restoration, mentorship, education, and faith-based ministry—while keeping its original heart intentionally simple.
Statement of faith
Faith demonstrated through service.
We believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
Followers of Christ are called to love God and love others. We seek to follow Jesus by caring for people who are hurting, feeding people who are hungry, supporting children and families, and bringing hope in difficult circumstances.
Our faith is unashamed and our service is openhearted. We serve people regardless of background, nationality, or circumstance.
